1. What if I don't have evidence of genuine saving history, can I still enjoy the benefits, flexibility and low interest rate of a premium home loan product?
2. I am self-employed and can't prove my income. I only require 80% of the purchase price of my new property or 80% of the value of an existing property I am refinancing. I don't want to be hassled with providing bank statements and the like and I refuse to pay high interest rates and have a home loan product that is not flexible.
3. What if I don't have an ABN number and require access to my equity to perhaps start a business of even buy a boat. What if I simply have a big deposit and want to buy a home or investment property. Can Viclend still help if I am not yet self-employed or I'm merely a first time investor? Can I still get a flexible fee free loan at a normal low interest rate?
4. I have 'no deposit' and 'no savings history or savings' but I have a steady job. Can Viclend help me buy a home?
